About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation projects
- Conduct high-level discovery sessions and demonstrations during pre-sales engagements
- Manage customer expectations and align them with project goals and deliverables
- Analyse client business processes and requirements to design effective solutions
- Develop and document solution architectures and functional specifications
- Provide comprehensive user training on Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV functionality
- Deliver post-implementation support and troubleshooting
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants and project team members
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Delegate tasks while ensuring accountability and quality
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV trends and developments
- Identify and pursue process improvement and innovation opportunities within projects
- Ensure project activities comply with internal policies and external regulations

Requirements
What you’ll need- Lead Consultant with strong finance and business process skills acquired in a customer facing role
- Strong experience leading the complete project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design and architecture, user training, testing (SIT and UAT), data migration and go-live support
- Minimum 4 years of experience with proven functional skills in Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or NAV
- Implementation experience with GL, FA, AP/P2P, AR/O2C, Workflows, Inventory management, Project Management/Jobs, Roles and permissions, and Config packages
- Experience delivering support to existing implementations and identifying opportunities with customers
- Highly desirable: experience with Jet Reports, Continia Document Capture, Continia Expense Management, and Power Platform, including some knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
- Pre-sales engagement experience, including initial high-level discovery and demonstrations
- Industry/project experience with multi-company/multi-currency organisations, supply chain/distribution, manufacturing, contracting/professional services, or public sector organisations
- Confident communicator/presenter able to manage customer/stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable leading workshops and working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to delegate effectively while remaining responsible for task delivery
- Team player who encourages and mentors other team members
- Open and transparent working style
- Highly organised with strong documentation ability
