About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support multiple tasks and functional areas to ensure timely delivery of the Cogstate Rater Training Program
- Serve as liaison between Scale Management, Clinician Network, Science, Site Training and Monitoring, and sponsor-designated training contacts
- Manage study reporting and relationships with study sites, raters, CRAs, and sponsors
- Deliver quality management and oversight for assigned clinical trial programs
- Maintain accurate records, update trackers in real time, and manage high-volume emails and site communications
- Follow study changes and reprioritize assignments based on study needs
- Mentor junior study team members and oversee their work output
- Support Rater Services Managers with minimal oversight
- Act as primary contact for sites, raters, and CROs from study start-up through close-out
- Drive project activities and timely delivery of client deliverables
- Provide operational support to site-level staff throughout the study lifecycle
- Manage and deliver Phase I–III clinical trials against the project SOW
- Track and communicate key project deliverables to the study PM, sponsor, or Rater Training Lead
- Assume the Rater Training Lead role for small to medium-sized studies
- Coordinate consultant LEAD communications and scheduling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of work experience related to clinical trials
- Study start-up experience is a plus
- CRA/CRO experience is a plus
- Project Management or service-related industry experience is preferable
- Ability to multitask while being highly organized and methodical, with attention to detail
- Strong people skills within the team and with customers and third-party providers
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work independently, plan, and be proactive
- Strong computer literacy; experience with clinical software is preferable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Conflict-resolution ability
- Excel/Office proficiency
- Impeccable record keeping and compliance with procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities
