About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead financial accounting, month-end closing, statutory reporting, tax compliance and regulatory requirements across the group
- Oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash process
- Monitor and analyze revenue, cash flow and key financial KPIs
- Maintain strong financial controls
- Coordinate external audits
- Improve reporting processes
- Support payroll processes and financial reporting related to external funding partnerships
- Drive improvements in financial systems and processes, focusing on automation, AI and scalability
- Act as a financial partner to the organization, providing guidance and ensuring compliance
- Provide financial insights and support to colleagues across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial controlling
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent qualifications
- Solid experience in financial accounting, month-end closing and financial reporting
- Good understanding of financial controls, compliance and financial processes
- Interest in process improvements, automation and AI-powered tools
- Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on mindset with ability to work independently and take ownership
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Swedish is an advantage
- Experience from a start-up, scale-up or SaaS environment is highly valued
