Vice President

• Own the full go-to-market motion from pipeline generation through renewal and expansion
• Lead a unified revenue organization spanning SDRs, Account Executives, Account Managers, and Solutions Architects
• Own new ARR, expansion, and net revenue retention across the customer lifecycle
• Establish forecasting and pipeline rigor with accurate, defensible calls for the ELT and board
• Define sales processes, stage definitions, MEDDIC/qualification discipline, and deal inspection
• Manage segmentation, territory/book design, quota setting, and compensation plan structure with Finance
• Hire, ramp, and develop front-line managers
• Align with Marketing on pipeline coverage and with Product/CS on the customer journey
• Own the GTM technology stack and operating cadence, including Salesforce, Gong, and forecasting tooling, with RevOps

VP of Revenue

General

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initial engagement and statements of work through project delivery and BAU transition
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving engagement and satisfaction
• Lead client-facing meetings and workshops on and off-site
• Present project status, demonstrate platform functionality, and manage expectations
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation
• Work across legal, finance, and technology functions to meet client engagement requirements
• Maintain and develop partner relationships to ensure a high-quality, aligned service proposition
• Gather client requirements and feedback and influence the product roadmap
• Perform UAT testing of client releases as required
• Continuously develop industry knowledge through events, webinars, and reading
