Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary designer on Datavail's design services and Design Sprint engagements
Plan and run user research
Map current- and future-state journeys
Design and prototype solutions
Test solutions with users
Facilitate discovery workshops and Design Sprints using Datavail's DRIVE workshop framework
Help train others to run the DRIVE workshop framework

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-10 years in experience design
End-to-end UX and UI design experience for web and mobile
User research and moderated usability testing experience
Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, and personas
Design Sprint and workshop facilitation experience
Prototyping in Figma and in code
Experience working within design systems
Usability measurement experience with SUS and UMUX-Lite
Comfortable presenting to client executives
A consulting or agency background is preferred
