About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult with customers to help executives at leading companies maximize value from Persona’s platform
- Participate in customer implementations, business reviews, and recurring customer touch points
- Learn customers’ business objectives, identity and fraud use cases, and operational constraints
- Partner with account teams and Solutions Engineers to develop product recommendations and deployment plans
- Support launches and optimization of verification experiences and workflows
- Coordinate requirements, testing, milestones, and follow-through with technical partners
- Conduct audits and analyze customer performance
- Identify improvement opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Fraud, account teams, and Solutions Engineers
- Inform Persona’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Contribute to improvements in processes, customer engagements, and products
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in consulting, professional services, customer success, or an equivalent role
- Curiosity and willingness to learn a highly technical product
- Growth mindset, adaptability to ambiguity, and openness to constructive feedback
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Empathy and ability to understand and manage others’ needs
- Curiosity and willingness to embrace new challenges
- Desire and ability to learn complex technical concepts
- Technical background is a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in downtown San Francisco
- Candidates may be required to verify their identity with Persona during the interview process
- May require up to 15% travel
