About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run the daily operations of the Accounting team
- Account invoices in the procurement (Pivot) and accounting (Sage) tools
- Represent Deezer towards suppliers
- Make payment vouchers
- Help with accounting closing tasks, including prepaid expenses and unreceived invoices
- Perform ad hoc missions related to automation and process improvement
- Participate in improving IT tools and internal control
- Collaborate with a six-person Accounting team and report directly to the Senior Royalties Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preparing for a Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both French and English
- Experience in Sage or another accounting tool is a plus
- Excel proficiency is a plus
- Appetite for IT and process enhancement is a plus
- Teamwork and rigor are keys to success
- Internship start date from February onwards
