Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze historical and current financial and operational data to understand the company’s financial position
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from trustworthy internal and external sources
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
- Prepare data for reporting using tables, charts, KPIs, and optionally dashboards
- Prepare financial performance reports tailored to leadership needs
- Maintain and extend forecasting models for revenue, occupancy, and other metrics
- Help automate recurring analysis
- Track performance trends and prepare executive summaries
- Review reporting processes and data flows for gaps, errors, or manual steps
- Propose process and reporting improvements
- Support the Finance team and business growth at Domes Resorts, a hospitality group
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, or STEM
- Basic knowledge of applied accounting and reporting standards, such as IFRS or Greek GAAP, preferred
- Strong finance, analytical, and accounting skills
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase is a plus
- Solid Excel skills
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude is highly preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to present findings clearly to non-financial audiences
- Problem-solving skills
