About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer customer queries via phone, email, or the Customer Service Database
- Validate customer issues using physical stock checks and system tools
- Troubleshoot problems and provide resolutions
- Assist in managing inventory levels and correcting inventory records
- Adhere to safety policies and guidelines in the warehouse
- Develop knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory
