Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Customer Platform team’s systems end-to-end across frontend and backend
- Lead work from discovery, technical proposals, and prototypes through implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Shape the technical direction and architecture of platform capabilities
- Balance new development with long-term scalability and maintainability
- Refactor and modernize established systems
- Lead larger technical initiatives from idea to delivery
- Ensure critical system stability and reliability through monitoring and incident handling
- Participate in the on-call rotation

Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience building and maintaining systems
- Proven experience working across the stack and building mission-critical systems end-to-end
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and system design principles
- Strong backend development experience in Go or another modern backend language such as Python, Node, Java, or Kotlin
- Strong frontend development experience with TypeScript and React
- Experience operating in cloud environments; GCP preferred and AWS also welcome
- Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to turn product and design input into technical specifications
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with agentic development
- Ownership of the quality of AI-generated code
- Ability to work from the office at least three days a week
- European Union citizenship or a work permit for Sweden
