Support Resideo in delivering innovative solutions for evolving customer needs
Develop Resideo’s next-generation Safety products from prototype to market
Design, test, and validate products and processes
Plan and execute project tasks
Work on individual and team projects
Assist product and process certification
Ensure project and product compliance
Present to leadership and external customers
Consult with vendors and suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Proficient with schematic and PCB layout tools, Altium or equivalent
PCB board analysis and troubleshooting experience
Understanding of electrical engineering standards and specifications
Ability to apply electrical engineering methods and tools independently and in team efforts
Ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions
Ability to make timely decisions while balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness in ambiguous environments
Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly and concisely to varied audiences
Capability to follow guidelines and work with mentors to ensure efficiency in project tasks
