About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process supplier invoices in SAP and ensure compliance with Essity’s global standards
  • Manage supplier email correspondence and resolve queries promptly
  • Address tickets from internal stakeholders, including factory teams
  • Investigate account discrepancies, such as direct debits without invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
  • Provide accounts payable services for a particular market
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an accounts payable role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive learning mindset
  • High sense of accountability and integrity
  • Collaborative spirit and natural willingness to help others
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP
  • Fluent in English
  • CV must be submitted in English
  • Other languages are a plus
