Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed university degree in business informatics, digital business management, business administration and engineering, applied computer science, or similar
2+ years of professional working experience as an IT Process Associate and Tooling Specialist
Expert knowledge of Atlassian products, mainly Confluence and Jira
Excellent understanding of configuring and structuring spaces, workflows, screens, and permissions
High proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, MS365, and chatbot systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
Technical experience with query languages, API tokens, permissions, coding logic such as if-then-else, and technical documentation
Advanced structured thinking and focus on automation
Fluent English is mandatory
Diplomatic assertiveness
Practical knowledge translating vague or ambiguous requests into actionable tickets
Ability to explain complex processes clearly and engagingly
German language knowledge is welcome
