About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor supporting a power equipment outage
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy/strategy using prior experience and technical expertise
- Understand key business drivers and how the team's work integrates with other teams
- Propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance
- Use prior experience, on-the-job training, technical skills, and analytic thinking to solve straightforward tasks
- Consult multiple internal sources to make decisions
- Provide informal guidance to new team members
- Support resources and logistics for services and maintenance activities at customer sites
- Contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products

Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced experience in Services & Field Service and Technical Advising
- Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
