- Strong back-end and front-end development skills

- Clean Architecture
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, Vue, or similar modern front-end framework

- Unit and integration testing
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work, with critical understanding of their strengths, limitations, and risks
