About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new restaurant partners from kickoff call through go-live
  • Set up, configure, and test accounts to capture each restaurant's voice, menu, hours, and policies
  • Support restaurant owners and staff via email, phone, and text
  • Troubleshoot setup and integration issues involving POS, Toast, OpenTable, or SevenRooms
  • Escalate issues to product or engineering teams when appropriate
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects and ensure accounts progress successfully
  • Create and improve onboarding playbooks, templates, and documentation
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support on handoffs
  • Track metrics such as time-to-go-live and improve the user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Implementation or Customer Onboarding
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Kind, empathetic, and customer-first approach
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous early-stage startup environment
  • Scalable problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM and support tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Intercom
  • Knowledge of hospitality technology, including POS, reservations, or restaurant software, is a plus
