About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop SCADA and HMI applications based on project and customer requirements.
  • Contribute to the architecture and implementation of IIoT solutions and system integrations.
  • Configure and integrate industrial systems (PLCs, RTUs, edge devices) using Modbus, OPC UA, IEC 60870-5-104, and MQTT.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting, mainly remotely and on-site.
  • Support commissioning activities and ensure proper system functionality and performance.
  • Support integration between industrial systems, software platforms, databases, and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams across all project phases.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including designs, configurations, and manuals.
  • Act as a technical reference point for complex issues and solution design.
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions and system configurations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in SCADA, HMI, IIoT, or industrial automation.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across technical teams.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
