About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute detailed requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, code implementation, testing, end-user training, maintenance of Variant Configuration models, pricing, and day-to-day support for IGT products
- Create and maintain semi-complex product models in SAP Variant Configurator for accurate BOM generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs
- Contribute to robust, scalable SAP solution projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated, high-risk, and semi-complex Variant Configuration issues
- Support SAP pricing record maintenance and Strategic Pricing sales promotion implementations
- Monitor the Help Desk queue and process inbound JIRA tickets
- Support license maintenance and provide troubleshooting assistance
- Perform VC table loads
- Create documentation and cross-train team members
- Monitor monthly domestic and international theme releases and validate new theme loads
- Identify process improvements and drive system and operational enhancements
- Perform ad hoc VC-related activities supporting operational and software system initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of related work experience in SAP VC modeling and SAP or college course work in business processes/systems
- Good understanding of SAP software, especially order-to-cash processes
- Good understanding of Standard Pricing and VC Pricing
- Ability to use ALE for data transfers to different SAP clients
- Excellent communication skills, including in English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational, operational, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented mindset capable of maintaining high accuracy with large data sets
- Ability to manage multiple work requirements and high-pressure deadlines
- Self-motivated to find and implement process improvements
- Friendly attitude and responsive customer service to internal customers
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work up to 100% in office, full time, upon request
- Preference for understanding of IGT products/gaming business, processes, and workflows
