Key responsibilities & impact- Support testing and quality assurance activities for data analytics tools and technologies within a federal healthcare program.
- Develop and execute manual test cases for assigned data analytics tools and technologies.
- Validate analytical outputs, data accuracy, business rules, and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects and testing results.
- Perform regression testing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing, data validation, quality assurance, or related technical testing.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing manual test cases.
- Experience testing or validating at least one of the following: Python notebooks and analytical processes; SQL scripts, queries, and database outputs; BusinessObjects reports and analytical outputs; AI chatbots, assistants, or AI-enabled applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare claims data is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data platforms is preferred.
- Experience supporting federal healthcare programs is preferred.
