About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate five-year P&L financials and NPVs for front-end process nodes
- Identify opportunities and required business changes to optimize P&L and cash flow
- Develop what-if scenarios to assess impacts on the company's financial health
- Track key financial metrics, identify trends, and analyze variances
- Support ad-hoc long-range planning requests and WIFs for business decision-making
- Present analyses to Finance leaders and general managers as needed
- Partner with Foundry Strategic Planning and cross-group finance teams
- Drive initiatives to improve Foundry's long-term financial performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; or Master's/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with financial modeling for decision-making
- Experience with financial systems such as PowerBI/PowerQuery, SAP, and related tools
- Robust financial analysis, modeling, and data manipulation skills
- Excellent communication skills to engage executive management and drive initiatives
- Ability to think strategically about long-term goals and prioritize high-impact work
- Proven project management skills, including prioritization under tight timelines and attention to detail
- Ability to partner effectively across Finance and Operations
