About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy
- Work primarily with adult and geriatric patients on acute-to-chronic health conditions and mental health concerns
- Use evidence-based therapies including CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment
- Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions
- Consult frequently with medical professionals

- Provide interdisciplinary clinical care in a quick-paced setting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD)
- Excellent communication skills
- Clinical acumen
- Experience working with people across the lifespan
- Experience utilizing empirically supported treatment
- Experience working in a primary care environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to use evidence-based therapies including CBT and motivational interviewing
