About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established timeframes
- Collaborate with the Team Lead and other departments to ensure best practices and compliance
- Manage and maintain an individual book of business
- Monitor caseload health and proactively address key performance indicators
- Utilize measurement-based care and assessments to track client outcomes and inform treatment
- Coordinate care with medication prescribers, PCPs, OB-GYNs, dietitians, other therapists, and family members as appropriate
- Participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with Mamaya Health Leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field
- Independently licensed (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, etc.) in the state of Florida
- Prior experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility
- Strong self-accountability and autonomy
