Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist licensed in Pennsylvania
- At least two years of clinical experience treating individuals who serve in healthcare
- Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders
- Desire to learn and share experience among a diverse team
- Openness to learning new skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to diverse communication styles and priorities
- Experience with telemedicine-based tools or online video communications
- Experience practicing evidence-based psychotherapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT
- Experience incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments such as PHQ-9
