About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy and clinical care
- Maintain weekly patient sessions across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare
- Maintain a consistent weekly schedule aligned with productivity expectations
- Follow care model practices emphasizing continuity of care, frequent follow-up, and calendar management
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing
- Provide telehealth clinical support and counseling to diverse patient populations
- Coach patients on managing ongoing health conditions and making positive behavior changes
- Counsel patients and provide crisis intervention, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems
- Comply with clinical standards and complete timely, thorough session documentation
- Collaborate with psychotherapy and psychiatric colleagues in a multidisciplinary clinical community
- Perform other related role and team duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Massachusetts State License (LCSW/MHC)
- Candidates must be license-eligible or hold an active associate-level license or permit (e.g., LMSW, LSW, LAC, MHC or equivalent), or have up to 2 years of post-licensure experience (not independently licensed)
- Master's in Social Work or a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related graduate degree
- At least one (1) year of experience practicing Psychotherapy; practicum clinical experience applies
- Multi-Disciplinary Teamwork
- Proficiency with diverse technology platforms and systems, including Google Suite, company-wide platforms/software, and EHR platforms when applicable
- Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is unavailable
- Primary residence must be in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, or Texas
- Additional language fluency is a plus
- Experience or desire to work with couples is a plus
- Certifications in CBT, DBT, or EMDR are a plus
