About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end onboarding of new clients on internal platforms from kickoff to go-live
Gather and validate business requirements
Design EDI flows and report specifications
Translate requirements into build-ready specifications and mockups for developers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on quality
Own the day-to-day health of launched platforms and integrations
Triage issues, prioritize enhancements, and manage change requests
Partner with engineering to maintain client value after go-live
Bridge clients, operations, finance, and software development teams
Run requirement workshops, process reviews, user training, and status reviews
Align stakeholder expectations and turn ambiguous business conversations into structured decisions
Use AI tools across analysis, documentation, and decision-making
Build and refine AI skills, agents, and automations to reduce manual work
Identify improvements that increase team capacity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Management, Computer Science, IE, or related fields
PMP / Agile certifications a plus
Solid knowledge of EDI standards, including EDIFACT, X12, XML/JSON, and APIs
Knowledge of system integration concepts
Skilled in writing functional specs, report specs, and process flows
Ability to read data models and basic SQL
Fluent use of modern AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot
5+ years as a PM, BA, or Implementation Consultant on internally developed or enterprise platforms
Proven track record leading client onboarding involving system integration, EDI, and custom reporting
Strong experience working with in-house development teams across the full SDLC
Logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain background highly preferred
Experience with e-commerce, payment, billing, or financial systems is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Structured thinking, sharp prioritization, and strong ownership
