About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ethically detail Nestlé Nutrition products to medical and paramedical contacts in the assigned territory
- Communicate accurate product information, features, benefits, and appropriate use in compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions, and local country codes
- Promote breastfeeding as best for babies and recommendable over other infant-feeding alternatives
- Provide reliable information on infant nutrition and feeding practices to medical and paramedical contacts
- Organize and run product knowledge, nutrition, and related scientific meetings, including sponsorship and guest lecturer invitations
- Manage territory coverage, prospecting, competitive intelligence, CRM 2.0 activities, HCP database maintenance, and timely reporting
- Propose territory supplies of communication and educational materials
- Ensure education and presence of Nestlé Infant Nutrition products, concepts, and science in hospitals
- Develop professional relationships with healthcare professionals and medical decision-makers
- Engage HCPs through face-to-face meetings, seminars, conferences, and events
- Organize and implement key HCP events and seminars
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable marketing codes and Nestlé instructions
- Differentiate Nestlé's value propositions from competitors to increase advocacy
Requirements
What you’ll need- UAE Nationals only
- Bachelor of pharmaceutical /Science /Medicine / Nutrition / Dietitian
- Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent Communication skills
