About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Three-year apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration starting on August 1, 2027
- Training at the company’s Uedem location and at vocational school in Kleve
- Development of complex systems and solutions to support the digitalization of the Omexom brand
- Advising, supporting, and training colleagues on IT topics
- Assisting users with problems through the helpdesk by phone, email, and on-site
- Collaborating with IT colleagues from across Europe within the VINCI Energies Group
- Planning, setting up, and operating complex IT systems
- Managing servers, networks, cloud solutions, and IT security concepts
- Direct interaction with business customers
- Contributing to projects for introducing new systems and technologies—from consulting and implementation through to support
- Supporting customers by phone, via remote access, or on-site
- Working at the Uedem location and at branch offices
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least an intermediate secondary school qualification; an advanced technical college entrance qualification or university entrance qualification is preferred
- Initial experience using computers or IT solutions
- Good command of English
- Technical aptitude
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people and as part of an organized team
- Class B driver’s license
- CV and current school report required for the application
