About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
- Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
- Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care
- Provide evidence-based virtual medical care in concert with patients’ primary care providers
- Support 24/7, 365-day virtual care delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA, with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- For CA: 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred, with willingness to obtain required certification
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday
- Ability to work listed shifts ranging from 6am–5pm PST through 1pm–12am PST
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Openness to feedback and reflection
- Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
