About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze marketing and sales data to identify needed changes and opportunities for improvement
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams
- Drive measurable progress and performance improvement for each client account
- Build strong client relationships and lead video calls to resolve challenges
- Communicate effectively with different types of B2B leaders and stakeholders
- Delegate work and review deliverables to help maintain quality
- Manage daily communications across multiple client accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of B2B client account management experience
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience using HubSpot Sales Hub and HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Proven ability to build client relationships and manage daily communications across at least 10 client accounts
- Availability during Central Time business hours
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment is a plus
