About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain clear, reliable reporting and analytics solutions
  • Build, refine, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Support weekly and monthly business reviews through established metric definitions
  • Translate operational goals, business questions, and reporting needs into actionable KPIs, defined metrics, trends, and visualizations
  • Partner with business teams to identify, scope, and address data-visibility gaps
  • Improve reporting consistency and quality through documentation standards and metric-governance frameworks
  • Provide ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives, operational improvements, leadership inquiries, and business decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of industry principles and operational event data concepts
  • In-depth knowledge of standard office software and data analytics technologies, including Power BI dashboards and SQL
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience translating analytical results into clear, actionable deliverables
  • Responsibility to understand and adhere to OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and security guidelines
