Key responsibilities & impact- Configure automatic payment processes for outgoing bank files, including house banks, payment methods, payment advice and BCM where required
- Configure bank file creation and routing to banks via H2H, including manual SAP file creation where needed
- Enable import of bank statements and automatic posting to GL accounts for bank and subledger reconciliation
- Maintain search strings
- Assess the impact of new bank accounts and payment methods on vendor and customer payments
- Support S/4HANA Cash Management configuration, including exchange rates
- Support SAP-to-non-SAP and non-SAP-to-SAP interfaces
- Communicate with banks regarding SAP IT setup and payment processing requirements
- Troubleshoot functional issues in SAP Bank Management
- Conduct System Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing
- Work in an agile setup using Azure Boards and agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable teams and banks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of SAP FI Banking and its integration with accounts payable, accounts receivable and GL
- Experience in Bank Management in both SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA
- Hands-on experience configuring automatic payment runs, bank statement import and automatic posting
- Integration knowledge of SAP MM and SD
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- English at C1 level
- Experience with SAP Bank Communication Management (BCM) and H2H bank connectivity is nice to have
- Experience with S/4HANA Cash Management is nice to have
- Familiarity with Azure Boards and agile ways of working is nice to have
