Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with government institutions, regulators and industry stakeholders, monitor regulatory developments and coordinate industry consultations
- Build and maintain relationships with members, public institutions and industry partners, facilitating collaboration and representing collective interests
- Coordinate and drive industry projects, working groups, research and collaborative initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up
- Manage REDM's day-to-day activities, coordinate Board and member meetings, and oversee administration and reporting
- Support industry communications, strategic partnerships, networking opportunities and events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally 8-10 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, industry relations, project management, business development, corporate affairs or related fields
- Good understanding of the Mauritian business, regulatory and institutional environment
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organisational and project management skills
- Ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders and public institutions
- Proactive, autonomous, hands-on and results-oriented
- Experience in industry organisations or public-private sector engagement would be an advantage
- Ability to represent the collective interests of REDM's members with complete impartiality, free from any actual or perceived conflicts of interest
