Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the preparation, monitoring, and control of the area budget
- Support the drafting, follow-up, and renewal of contracts with partners
- Contribute to relationships with vendors and suppliers, including performance, terms, and issue resolution
- Support negotiations with external partners to secure competitive commercial terms
- Contribute to tenders, supplier evaluation, and contracts
- Support procurement policies and savings tracking
- Optimize purchasing processes and ensure smooth acquisition of non-trade goods and services
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop procurement plans and bidding documents
- Evaluate vendors and negotiate favorable terms
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with Contract Management System, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Strong organization, time management, and project management skills
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or a multi-location business is a plus
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and oral
