Key responsibilities & impact- Lead AI software engineering initiatives from design through deployment across client engagements

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for study in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering
- AI engineering experience across client-facing delivery projects
- Systems thinking to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity, complexity, and change
- Ability to craft clear messages for executive and technical stakeholders
- Experience coaching team members while advancing inclusive team performance
