About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first contact for resolving customers' concerns
- Maintain good customer relations by phone and in person
- Gather customer information to identify and solve problems
- Confirm, schedule, and reschedule customer services
- Set sales appointments for new customers
- Answer billing questions
- Complete general clerical duties as assigned
- Work as a team with Service and Sales
- Sell the value of services and suggest service upgrades
- Communicate courteously, knowledgeably, and empathetically with callers
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
- Multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
- Ability to remain calm and work under pressure when busy
- Ability to help other team members
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
