About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review AI call interactions by listening to and evaluating recorded conversations between the virtual assistant and clients

- Background in home care, caregiving, medical or dental administration, senior living, call center, customer service, or healthcare scheduling is a great fit
- No technology background required
