About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage payments, collections, customer invoicing, and ongoing communication with customers and vendors
- Coordinate and maintain effective financial processes between the Finance and Customer Success teams
- Manage the company’s corporate credit cards and related controls
- Support selected payroll-related activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and update the monthly budget-versus-actual analysis
- Own the monthly book-closing process, including preparation of the consolidated financial report
- Prepare monthly reporting to the bank and update monthly KPI files
- Work closely with the company’s bookkeeper and oversee ongoing accounting activities
- Prepare and close the annual reporting package and work independently with the external audit team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with NetSuite – required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA qualification is required
- Relevant experience in a financial controller or assistant controller role, preferably in a technology company
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, monthly close, consolidated reporting, budgeting, and cash-flow management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented approach to internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
