Key responsibilities & impact

Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with customer needs and business objectives
Partner with engineering teams to define, refine, and communicate product requirements through user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for development teams on product scope, priorities, and business context throughout the delivery lifecycle
Gather, analyze, and validate requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Review completed features and confirm acceptance criteria are met before release
Collaborate with Customer Care, Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Management teams to remove blockers and support successful delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Around 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role
Experience working closely with Agile software development teams
Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and actionable development scope
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations
Collaborative mindset and passion for delivering customer value
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to have: Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, Manufacturing, EHS, Process Safety, or other hazardous industries
Nice to have: Experience working with risk management, safety, compliance, or operational excellence solutions
