About the role

- Ability to analyze performance data and use it to develop subsequent creative
- Proven spend behind written work, with creatives that have run profitably at scale
- Comfort using AI tools in the day-to-day workflow
- Experience in compliance-sensitive categories such as supplements or weight loss is a bonus
- Familiarity with unique mechanism development and RMBC is a bonus
