About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate in-house and outsourced corporate security teams
- Ensure the delivery of monitoring, access control, and incident response services
- Manage security incidents, crises, and events
- Track operational KPIs, SLAs, and departmental targets
- Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with corporate requirements

Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree
- Experience in corporate security, security operations management, or related fields
- Experience managing teams and suppliers
- Knowledge of risk management, monitoring, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and business continuity
- Analytical skills for KPI management and risk-based decision-making
- Leadership profile, executive communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in highly critical environments
