About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and size analog and digital circuits for signal processing
- Contribute to the development of the final design
- Implement circuit diagrams on PCBs in collaboration with the layout team
- Build and commission prototypes independently
- Perform initial commissioning in the laboratory and on test benches
- Troubleshoot systematically and verify hardware modules through release
- Support developments from prototype approval through production readiness
- Document processes clearly and comprehensibly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in engineering with an electrical/technical focus, or equivalent technical vocational training specializing in equipment, systems, or IT technology
- Practical experience in electronic circuit development
- Experience building and assembling PCBs
- Experience with testing and functional testing through to operational readiness
- Confident use of standard laboratory equipment for electrical measurements and signal analysis
- Very good German language skills
- Initial knowledge of embedded software, high-frequency signals, or wireless communications is an advantage
- Experience with development kits, additive manufacturing processes, and assembling experimental setups is helpful but not required
