About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead analysis processes for complex business areas
  • Build relationships and elicit and validate business, product and service needs
  • Develop expertise in business processes and translate needs into DevOps-ready user stories
  • Prepare and prioritize requirements backlogs
  • Identify upcoming change requirements and improvement opportunities
  • Build product and service roadmaps and visions with Tribe Leads
  • Define success measures, key outcomes and acceptance criteria
  • Define testing requirements and support detailed business cases
  • Translate business requirements into integrated system visions and detailed system requirements
  • Document business, process, system and integration requirements using modeling tools and UML/BPMN
  • Facilitate stakeholder socialization, understanding and approval of integrated requirements
  • Define integration points across technology stacks
  • Collaborate on backlog, release and DevOps/project planning
  • Continuously improve system requirements mapping and review solution designs
  • Facilitate resolution and decision-making during development and testing
  • Define manual testing strategies, test cases, quality parameters and testing plans
  • Develop manual testing frameworks and lead manual testing processes
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback to DevOps teams
  • Monitor system stability and resilience during testing and production
  • Provide developer and user support during user acceptance testing
  • Lead or contribute to organization-wide process design approaches, templates and modeling tools
  • Coach and mentor DevOps team members and developing analysts
  • Conduct peer reviews and problem solving
  • Provide subject matter expertise for analyst recruitment and development planning
  • Support people change teams with adoption processes
  • Lead the attraction, recruitment, development, retention, reward, deployment and management of a diverse resource base

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Work in high-complexity environments embedded in a DevOps team
  • Specialist business analysis tools, frameworks, techniques and practices
  • Ability to elicit, define and organize business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and specifications
  • Experience with full-stack and cross-system integration requirements
  • Ability to define acceptance criteria, testing requirements and manual test cases
  • Ability to use business analysis and modeling tools
  • Knowledge of UML and/or BPMN notation standards
  • Understanding of technical landscapes, environments and broader architecture
  • Ability to collaborate with project/program teams, squads, scrum masters and engineers
  • Experience defining manual testing strategies, frameworks and patterns
  • Ability to review system stability and resilience
  • Ability to provide developer and user support during user acceptance testing
  • Ability to coach and mentor analysts and DevOps team members
  • Preferable experience in credit risk domain knowledge, credit originations and credit decisioning
  • Preferable experience in corporate and commercial lending
  • Preferable experience in credit scoring and rating models
  • Preferable experience in credit lifecycle management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
  • Experience with REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, MuleSoft, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps and Kafka
