About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and direct business operations in alignment with Danish regulations
  • Execute corporate strategy and translate executive strategy into day-to-day execution
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations, budgets, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure local market operations run seamlessly
  • Manage and lead the Denmark division by supervising and supporting department heads

  • Cultivate a high-performance FinTech culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in Senior Operations, COO, or General Manager roles within the FinTech/ Payments/ Banking industry
  • Deep operational knowledge of payment processing procedures, card acquiring, merchant onboarding, and cross-border payment flows
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-volume operational workflows
  • Hands-on experience optimizing operational metrics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent/Native English and Danish language is a must
