About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform service and installation according to manufacturers’ recommended procedures and specifications
- Install sliding, swinging, and rotating doors
- Document time spent, job numbers, travel time, discrepancies, shortages, and jobsite inefficiencies
- Maintain truck stock and inventory
- Maintain company vehicle appearance and comply with the vehicle maintenance agreement
- Interface professionally with customers, end-users, and general contractors
- Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification
- Perform all work safely to prevent accidents and protect people and property
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum age of 21
- Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing electro-mechanical devices
- Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring; access control systems a plus
- Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork
- Ability to lift up to 110 pounds, bend, and use power tools effectively
- Must successfully obtain AAADM certification within one year of employment and maintain certification as required
