Key responsibilities & impact- Own the enterprise integration domain, including integration architecture, platform strategy, and technical decisions across AutoStore
- Establish integration standards and governance, including architectural principles, integration patterns, documentation, and best practices
- Assess the existing integration landscape and develop a roadmap from point-to-point integrations toward a structured and scalable integration platform
- Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and define system, application, and data connectivity
- Guide developers and external consultants
- Coordinate integration initiatives across teams and ensure solutions follow established standards and are successfully implemented
- Build and shape AutoStore’s integration platform from the ground up
- Assess existing integrations and establish a clear roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integrations
- Proven experience owning or leading integration architecture, platforms, or domains
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, patterns, and best practices
- Experience with transactional and master data integrations, system connectivity, and technical constraints
- Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, PLM, and HRM systems
- Experience with integration platforms and technologies, ideally SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, or Microsoft Azure Integration Services
- Hands-on development experience is an advantage but not required
- Proven ability to guide developers and consultants, make architectural decisions, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to assess integration requirements across different business functions
