About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care through telehealth
- Manage a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week
- Conduct clinical intakes and assessments
- Develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR
- Provide family education and care coordination
- Deliver culturally responsive care recognizing each family's unique needs and experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed care
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Experience providing culturally responsive care to Spanish-speaking families strongly preferred
- Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00–9:00 PM EST; weekend availability is a plus
