Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Machine Learning, or a related analytical field
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience analyzing complex datasets, developing analytical solutions, and building reusable code or tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-structuring skills
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, meaningful insights, and actionable recommendations
- Experience defining and analyzing KPIs, developing performance metrics, identifying trends, and using data to support business decisions
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving, with curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning and applying emerging AI technologies
- Master's or PhD preferred in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred: experience or exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, conversational AI, AI-enabled analytical workflows, AI-assisted development tools, Databricks AI/BI Genie, Databricks, Spark, cloud data platforms, R, Posit/RStudio Workbench, Git, collaborative development environments, automated analytical workflows, and regulated industries
