Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain the forecast model for network capacity versus patient demand across all 50 state markets and multiple clinical care programs
- Guide where and when the company invests in clinician supply
- Partner with Network Operations and Clinical Talent on measurement and insights for clinician recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Develop frameworks measuring clinical quality, therapeutic alliance, and patient panel balance at clinician and market levels
- Partner with Product and Engineering to design and run experiments on patient scheduling experiences and clinician-facing product features
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Network POD
- Explain drivers behind performance metric changes and connect them to OKRs, clinical outcomes, and financial outcomes
- Present insights and experiment results to leadership
- Contribute to AI-powered analytics infrastructure governing metric reliability and enabling deeper analysis
- Develop and document data models for KPI reporting and agentic analytics
- Solve ambiguous problems with systematic, scalable solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of analytics experience
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Expert-level SQL and data modeling in a cloud data warehouse (e.g., BigQuery/GCP)
- Track record of writing clean, performant, well-documented code
- Hands-on experience developing and scaling a dbt project, including testing, documentation, and governed metric definitions
- Strong forecasting and econometric modeling skills
- Ideally, experience with operations research methods such as capacity planning, supply-demand optimization, and resource allocation
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and other experiments
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Fluency with AI tools and MCPs
- Ability to turn complex analyses into clear business recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
- Preferred: experience in the healthcare industry
- Preferred: experience in an interdisciplinary/cross-functional field
- Preferred: startup experience
