About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create invoices and credit memos
- Update account records and customer information
- Send payment reminders and invoices
- Assist customers and answer questions
- Communicate with Managers and Technicians regarding completed services and required paperwork
- Close invoices within 48 hours of services being completed
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices
- Verify invoice information and ensure fees are added
- Assist with AR/collections
- Take payments as needed
- Help other regions as needed
- Participate in weekly billing and sales calls
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- FullBay Experience a plus
- All applicants are subject to Drug Testing
- Criminal Background check prior to employment
