Key responsibilities & impact- Design and ship user-facing experiences for AI-powered communication agents across voice, SMS, and email
- Own frontend technical decisions from architecture and implementation through production and iteration
- Partner with Product and Design to turn evolving customer needs into intuitive, scalable user experiences
- Build fast, responsive, and reliable interfaces for real-time AI agent interactions
- Collaborate with backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences across the AI communication platform
- Shape new user experiences for AI-powered workflows and influence frontend architecture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to launch
- Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and lessons learned
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and solving problems without predefined solutions
- Strong technical depth and ability to dive into implementation details
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- 5+ years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor
- Experience building AI-powered products, conversational AI, communication platforms, or SMS/compliance systems is an added plus
- Ability to work in-person at least 3 days per week from the Toronto or San Francisco office
